I don't tip up front when ordering at a counter because I prefer to experience the entire establishment before deciding what level of service deserves a tip. Great service enhances the whole dining experience. When staff make you feel welcomed and valued, it genuinely makes the visit more enjoyable. The food and coffee were solid. I'd rate the quiche a 7/10 and the Americano an 8/10. Unfortunately, the service was closer to a 5/10, and that's what kept this visit from being better. I was the only customer in this cute, rustic coffee shop. After ordering my two items, I chose to sit outside. With at least four employees working, I assumed someone would either bring my order out or at least let me know when it was ready. Instead, my food and coffee were placed on the pickup counter inside without any announcement or attempt to get my attention. After waiting, I went inside to check and found my order sitting there. No one acknowledged the situation or even greeted me. After finishing my meal, I brought my dishes back inside myself. So happy to find a Local coffee spot in a sea of Starbucks, they have nitro cold brew in two sizes, variety of other drinks, food options and lots of seating inside and outside options. Several people working but only one seemed to be making the drinks made it slow

Very tasty coffee & great service. We stopped by for a coffee on our way to our destination and we liked to try their beans but unfortunately they didn’t have the sample bags on the display. They made us a new & fresh ones! 🥹😍❤️❤️ I would recommend it and come back definitely. We are excited to try their beans at home! And their brown butter sea salt chunk cookies 🍪 are delicious 😋

Absolutely fantastic, what are Bakersfield gym. I love watching them roast the beans and put them through that beautiful machine. They sell 2 lb bags of beans and their espresso is a blend of four high quality beans. Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombian and Guatemala.

Great coffee and great service. My favorite is their Black Pearl. Must give them a shout out and a thank you. I was hosting my daughter’s Baby shower and for the Thank you favors I wanted to give out some of their coffee. They ground the coffee for me in the quantity I needed. I asked for some of their stickers and they gave them to me so I could put them on the individual bags I was going to hand out along with stickers I had bought that said, A baby is brewing. They turned out great.
